Jowl Bacon, Guanciale - As you know, all of the meats on The Boardroom's charcuterie boards are smoked and cured in-house, and the same is true for our deli items. One of our lesser known deli products is our smoked Guanciale, also known as "Jowl Bacon".
Sold in 1lb+ slabs (not sliced), each cut is sourced here in Northern California. They're dried with cayenne pepper and a touch of allspice, before slow smoking to a mahogany red exterior.
Use: We recommend using our Guanciale as the perfect solution for adding depth to soups, stews, and stock.
