A quick note about our pick-up policy during the pandemic.
The Boardroom guarantees that we'll cook, and deliver your orders to a pre-established curbside location of your choosing during checkout. We do not guarantee that you'll arrive at the agreed-upon time or location.
- You will not receive a refund for orders that are not picked-up.
- You will not receive calls, texts, or emails when your order is ready.
Pick-ups begin at the time chosen during checkout and end 15 minutes after the scheduled drop-off time. Orphaned orders not picked-up within 15 minutes of the scheduled time are often donated to local first responders, or others within close distance of the curbside location.
If your order includes deli-meat and other stable products, we're typically able to save these for you to pick-up the following week.
