- Smoked and Cured Duck: smoked and cured in-house, you'll receive a full duck breast, thinly sliced (one breast)
- Fig Jam: imported, our fig jam is the perfect pairing with our duck (Croatia)
- Peach Habanero Jam: nothing like Humboldt's own Diane's Sweet Heat to put a little zing in your board (Humboldt)
- Crackers: a mix of various crackers
- Fruit: Chef's choice of dried fruit (seasonal)
- Cheese: an aged English Cheddar (UK), along with a second cheese (Chef's choice) that rotates weekly
- Marcona Almonds: slightly sweet, salted, and buttery (Spain)
- Olives: a generous portion of mixed, gourmet olives (Spain)
- Mustard: an amazing imported dijon (France)

Will be served ready to party on a recyclable leafware tray or other decorative platter based on inventory.
